Boxercise is a concept developed by 2 guys from the North of England. The basic concept that they developed is to combine aerobics with boxing training. The fitness levels and the body tones devloped by boxers is evident in the likes of Frank Bruno, Chris Eubanks, so it is only a matter of time before the fitness industry will plunder the techniques used in boxing training. The benefits are tremendous giving one the best of aerobic excercise for stamina and for greater upper body muscular tone.

Heavy Boxercise is the same as regular boxercise, except that it is tougher as it involves the use of weight dumb-bells to provide resistance in all of the regular excercises. In so doing, it improves body tone and muscular definition and enhances physical stamina.

Expertise is required to teach boxercise safely and correctly so if you are wishing to try out, you should only accept instructions from properly qualified and registered BOXERCISE instructors. Simply getting instructions from a well qualified fitness instructor is not enough, however well qualified, unless they are specialists and are qualified in boxercise.

I am an advanced boxercise instructor which basically means I can also assist to coach newly qualified boxercise instructors.

My classes are fantastic they are variant and they are great fun with the hottest music mixed exclusively for Inside Out classes.
