First of all, in my opinion, there is no such thing as Diet! There is only Healthy eating and unhealthy eating. Healthy eating consists of freshly prepared goods whilst unhealthy eating is the opposite.

ALL food is nutritious but it has to be taken in moderation.

The combination of a moderate diet and a moderate excercise regime will help you to achieve your fitness goals.

Just as food is important to the body, excercise is just as important for the body, as the human structure is built for physical endurance.

Weight loss is as basic as "What you put in" is "What you get out!"
